Amazon boosts UK streaming library ahead of launch


Tomorrow is the day that Lovefilm becomes Amazon Prime Instant Video, and unless you get in quick, it’ll cost you £79 a year to watch. However, Amazon are pushing to add a lot of content in order to gain ground on Netflix.

Amazon have signed a deal with Warner Bros which will see the service graced with the first seasons of Arrow, The Following and Revolution appear on the service within the next few days. Alongside that, the agreement also means that Amazon will have Hostages and The 100 appear in 2015, with further seasons of all shows being added afterwards. As well as announcing this deal, the company also confirmed that UK users will be watch its very own original comedy, Alpha House.
