Amazon HQ Seattle

According to a Wall Street Journal report Amazon will start shipping their new set-top box video streaming device which runs on a version of Android from early April. The device will be available from Amazon’s official store as well as the major retailers such as Best Buy. There are no clear information on the pricing of the device and some reports say this could be a device similar to Google’s Chromecast instead of the set-top box. Now in case if this is a Set-top box, then there is slight possibility that Amazon will be include gaming support too. This news is linked with the rumors of Amazon launching a android based game console after they acquired the video gaming studio Double Helix Games.
