Apple iOS 7.0.2 Update Released, Fixes Lock Screen Security Bug

Apple has released an update for their latest mobile operating system iOS, which fixes both the lock screen bugs. We had reported about both the lock screen bypassing bugs last week. One bug would allow you to bypass the lock screen and access the camera roll and social media profiles of the iPhone user. The other bug lets users to make calls even if the lock screen is enabled by dialing the number on the emergency dialer.

Along with the lock screen bug fixes the new update iOS 7.0.2 reintroduces a Greek keyboard option foe entering the passcodes. If you haven’t received the update yet, you could try going to the settings -> general -> software update to check for updates. According to the reports the update isĀ 121MB in size. So make sure you’re on a reliable connection before starting the update.
