HTC One Is Official – Comes With a Display Better than iPhone 5 Retina Display

HTC announced their latest flagship model HTC One at a HTC even in the MWC. The smart-phone which comes with a 4.7 inch 1080p Full HD screen and a 1.7GHz Krait 300 quad-core processor is a beast compared to the mobiles existing now. It even beats the iPhone 5’s retina display with its Super LCD 3 display which packs more pixels ie, around 2 million pixels for a 4.7 inch screen, almost 468  ppi.

The camera has a 4 mega pixel sensor which features ultra pixels. This is the first phone camera to have ultra pixel technology implemented. HTC makes the game for the first time to be not about the number of pixels. HTC one’s camera comes with a 4 mega pixel backside illuminated sensor which will give you more details and light and a larger pixel size which results in twice the quality of a camera with f/2.8 8-megapixel. An added advantage is that the pictures taken with this camera will be of much smaller size.

The phone comes with a Qualcomm APQ8064T Snapdragon 600 chipset with a Quad-core 1.7 GHz Krait 300 processor. The phone also does have a graphic processing unit Adreno 320 and 2GB RAM which makes it quite powerful. The phone comes in 2 models, one a 32GB version and a 64GB version. Both models are having a non expandable storage.

HTC One comes with Android 4.1.2 Jelly bean. It won’t be much time before it gets a 4.2.2 update as it is already in the works. The aluminum body makes it about 9.3 mm thick. The speakers which comes in the front are stereo with a 93db loudness. Another important feature to mention is its IR port which can be used to control your home media devices.

Color Availability: Red, Black and Silver.
