Despite the chatter going round about HTC’s next flagship, named the “All New HTC One”, the company is still struggling. On Monday, the Taiwan based HTC announced that sales had dropped 36.5% in February on a year-over-year basis.
For the first two months of the year, HTC reported a revenue of $16.9 billion NT ($557 million USD) which was down 37.2% from the $26.9 billion NT ($888 million USD) that HTC reported for the first two months of the previous year.
However, things may start to look up for the company in the coming months with the company’s new flagship model being introduced on March 25th. The hope is that the new model will present more of a challenge to the Samsung Galaxy S5.
