Anyway like its been rumoured, iPhone 5S is coming with a fingerprint sensor indeed. The fingerprint sensor is called Touch ID and it unlocks the iPhones.
The fingerprint sensor Touch ID was revealed by Apple’s marketing vice president Phil Schiller. Touch ID is capacitive, 170 microns thin and comes with a resolution of 500 ppi. Touch ID can scan in 360 degree so that you don’t have to place your finger in any particular manner. It can also learn prints from multiple fingers.
