Judge rules flying commercial drones is not illegal in the US

Amazon Drone

A lot of companies were trying out their possibilities of using unmanned air-crafts for delivering their products to the customers efficiently when the Federal Aviation Administration intervened. The FAA wanted to make the commercial usage of drones usage wait as they wanted to go through some rigorous testing before they allows it. But today in a court ruling judge clearly said that the FAA currently has no authority to regulate drones. That means no one can impose the pilot of a drone which is being used commercially with a fine of $10,000. So for now Amazon, UPS and probably Domino’s don’t have to worry about the legal complications in delivering their products using drones.
