It’s nothing new that most of the websites monitor your browsing activities for their own reasons, let it be ads, showing you interesting contents etc. But you know there is a way to see how your information and browsing activities are being monitored. It’s as easy as installing a Firefox addon called Lightbeam. Mozilla has created a new addon for their Firefox browsers by installing which you will be able to see how your information is being used by showing an interactive visualization of each third-party element on the sites you visit, increasing in size with every new site you travel to.
Lightbeam is a Firefox add-on that enables you to see the first and third party sites you interact with on the Web. Using interactive visualizations, Lightbeam shows you the relationships between these third parties and the sites you visit. – Says Mozilla.
I have downloaded it already. Have you?
