Users who experience camera bug on Samsung Galaxy S5 must seek a replacement

Galaxy S5There has been several reports from Verizon customers of a camera bug on their Galaxy S5 smartphones. The bug causes the device to display “Warning: Camera Failed.” when tried to launch the camera. There same error was also reported on Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4. We’re not sure about these older models, but if you’re experiencing this issue on your Galaxy S5 you can actually contact the Verizon customer support and replace your phone.

There are no known reasons for this bug and both Samsung & Verizon are both bewildered at this point. So it is better to contact the customer support once you see this error message. Be sure to let us know if anyone of you has been experiencing this issue.
